Hey everyone, Happy New Year! This is going to be MY year, will it be yours too? I'm 32yr., mom, wife, friend, artist, and so much more, yet, I've been feeling incomplete. What's missing? Well, it's ME! Yes, I've been missing! I've been living a lie, I'm not being the best person I CAN be. I've been hiding under baggy clothes, missing out on fun, social functions because I'm embarrassed how I look, not LIVING life because I feel too sick and fat (and sick that I'm fat!) to play with my kids, too fat to be the sexy woman I know I am inside (the one my husband married). The New Year will bring positive changes. I visualize a new me, how about you? Can you see the new you, the YOU you know you are? Anyone up for it? If you need support and are willing to give it, please respond!

Happy New Year.I have just completed my program.It took me 1 1/2yrs, to finally deciede to get this weight off.The program I have right now,is I didn't reach the goal weight, that I wanted to get too.I started out at 198.I'm now at 140.But, I still want to get to 120.I stumbled on this site, I'm hoping to get some suport.I really liked the program I was on.LAWL was great.I'm still eatting the foods, that are on my plain, but I'vw stopped lossing..Any words of advise?......Please help.......
