Dee: As long as its not a fad diet I think you'll be okay, just make sure you choose a diet that you can stick to, I personally follow weight watchers. Try to cut down on junk foods, drink plenty of water, 6 cups minimum, plenty of fruits, veggies, fiber and white meats. I personally workout on the treadmill, elliptical and tapes.
