Hi. My name is Victoria and I am new to this site. I have once again picked up on my workouts and decided to try again, this time with a vengence against the weight

I am determined to be healthy and drop the unwanted pounds that constantly shadow my life. It is not going to be easy. But I am going to start by doing my Kathy Smith Kickboxing workout dvd twice per day and see where that leads me. It was working before but then my husband left for a month (he's in the Army) so I quit.
Here is to my new struggle!!
