I think I will take your advice about dropping the shake, not sure of the calories, I don't have the bottle in front of me right now.
I am exercising everyother day and walking and running on the other days. I do drink allot of water but I could use a little more to be honest.
I do try to avoid the sugar drinks but I do treat myself once and a while.
I am currently taking in 1900 cals a day, if you have any more advice please let me know.
I could use a buddy to help me out.
