Default new to 3fc!

hi ya'll! i'm new to the boards and not at all new to dieting. i've learned that if i set small weightloss goals instead of the big ones, i'm more likely to stick with the plan. anyhoo, i'm a mom of two near teenagers, married to a good guy and unhappy with the spiral my confidence has taken in the past few years.

i'm here to learn, so if anyone else went about losing weight in short spurts and you have advice...i'm all ears. and rear. thanky, thanky, i'll be here all week.

Two almost teens, could you be in your thirties? If so I would like to invite you to join us on the 30 somethings losing 30 something (the 30 something is a very liberal term).

I have 40-50 to lose but like you am setting small goals. Since the beginning of November I am down 9 pounds. A huge boost to my ego.

I have been on the board for about 2 weeks and have found alot of support.
