hey Kristy hows it going???? I live in Ontario Canada, we had lovely snow last week too, today was pretty nice though, it all melted, ahhhhhhh, oh well I am sure there is plenty more to come. We can never have too many buddies.

hey how is everyone doing? Did my weigh in at Tops tonight, I am down 1/2 pound, hey better then being up. I got my first charm for a 5 pound loss, kinda neat.

way to go Kristy, I'm proud of you girl.!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, I am heading back to my treadmill, it is killing me!!! hahahah I know it wouldn't be so bad if I could just do it everyday.
