Hi. My name is Sandy and this is my first online group. I am 28 years old. 5'2 and currently weigh 160 lbs. I had my second baby 8 months ago and have yet to lose the weight. My goal is to get back down to 130lbs. I am good about exercise, but can't keep myself away from snack foods. I also have been making aweful choses. I want to learn to cook better so my 2 1/2 year old learns good eating habbits. I would love to hear any feedback anyone can give me. Maybe also some pointers on areas of interest on this website I might be able to use. I am a little overwhelmed. Thanks!
