Default Day 1 and 137lbs to go, would love a buddy to get through this!!

Just been looking around on the internet and really pleased to find this site and thought I would register and see if there is anyone that would like to buddy up with me so we could support each other.

I am 26 and have just registered with the Lighterlife programme today, ( I don't know if anyone has heard of it) and I have just had my 'last dinner' tonight , onto foodpacks from tomorrow .

Would love to hear from anyone.

HI!

I started LA Weight Loss two weeks ago and have lost almost 9 pounds! I have 136 more pounds to goal! Where do you live? I haven't heard of the program you are on -

I am 50 with 5 kids and live in southwestern Illinois in the U.S.

I am from Birmingham in England UK. I think this programme is currently just in the uk (I could be wrong here). Basically you pay £46.50 a week and you are given a weeks supply of foodpacks which contain all the nutrients you need for your body. You are guaranteed to lose a minimum of 3 stone in 3 months and for those who have more to lose you can lose up to about six stone in the same period.

It does seem very safe and a doctor has to sign a medical for you to join it, so I am sure they wouldn't if there were any issues with it.

I haven't heard of the LA Weight Loss, do you find that easy enough? I don't know how you find time to diet with all those kids!!

I am in the same boat with y'all. I am ready to start this weight loss. My husband can do the Atkins program and lose fine, I can't do it. I did it a little over a year and lost close to 30 lbs., and was blessed with baby #3 and the diet had to go out the window! I need to have a more varied approach, but quick(as in planning). I have 3 kids and it is tough running after all of their needs (you are blessed with 5 and keeping up with them). I want this to be a big change. I am ready to get started!!!

I need to work on the excercise thing MOST! We did go walking tonight as a family, that was great. Now it just needs to be daily.

Melody-I am in MS also!

Look forward to us working, motivating, and losing those pounds!

Heather
