I wish you are doing well today. I am from San Juan, Puerto Rico. I am sort of new to this forum. I used it in the past and with its help and ideas lost 45 pounds. I have gained a bit and I want to lose it again. I have about 50 pounds to go. I am a law enforcement officer trainer. This means I have a weird schedule. I need to work really hard in order to organize my meals, and i havent done it in a while! I havent seriously excercise in a long time either. So i am starting all over again. I wish i can help you and that you can help me in reaching our goals. I havent done any planning yet. But I made the decision to eat healthier and come up with an excercise plan. I guess this is the beggining. I am afraid to weight myself and see what has happened. But i will do it today.I need a starting point.
