I may not go to a gym or work out on the bike or eliptical everyday, but I think it counts if you just make sure that you do something physical each day. Yesterday I shopped with my daughter and mother. What an experience! Afterward though, I walked my dogs about an hour. (Mom is 78 and understandably walks a little slower.)
I would like to eat 5-6 small meals a day too, but I don't know how to fit it in. Is it easy for you to do? I would have a hard time at dinner the most, as that is when I cook for my family.
Reno sounds like a great retreat!
Reno is where I was born and raised and all my family is there. I have a pretty good time usually when I go home. Shoipping on thing my mother loves to do. I usually accompany her all over Reno. We have been out shopping 8 hours before.
I have chosen to walk because I can do that anywhere, whether I am traveling, or subbing. It is also good for my IBS and ostioporosis. Besides, We travel so much I can't make a commitment to a gym.
I have chosen the 5-6 smaller meals because it is good for my acid felux and IBS. I try to eat 300-400 calories at breakfast lunch and dinner and have 2-3 snacks a day that are about 100 calories each. I really don't keep exact count. Sometimes I do really good some times I don't.
