I'm a 20-year-old college girl and would like to lose 15 pounds to reach a healthy weight...the thing is, I've tried to lose the extra weight for so many times but just can't stay on with the diet/exercise after a week!!
It'd be great if someone can be my buddy thru email--like we can share each of our progresses daily/weekly...that would be fantastic--I'd appreciate that a lot!
