Hi Everyone,
I am sorry I have not been here in a while. I was helping my friend prepare to move away.
I am discouraged in my weight loss, and my life. She was my exercise partener and now I am on my own. According to the scales at the gym I have gained weight. And most of all, I have started a part time job and my body seems to be rejecting it. I refuse to say that my FM is rearing it's ugly head as I am also registered for school in September (yet, still no confirmation of the funding coming through, which is another stressor in itself!) I really hope that this funk is temporary and that I will begin losing steadily again.
