Hello ladies I've missed you.

I am now back from my vacation and I had a good time in Atlanta.

I ate a lot so I've gained back all of my weight so far.

It is amazing how much weight you can gain in a week with no exercise too. I will now start back to eating right and we will see what I weigh on Monday. I will also go grocery shopping and I want a good healthy meal with fruits and vegetables included. I am so proud of you ladies you all are doing great, even though I am starting over I am okay with this. I will start my exercise today.

I don't feel great as far as the eating is concerned and I've missed my exercise so I am ready. Yes we can do this and we will do this. I also realize how great I feel when I eat right and when I exercise. I feel bloated and miserable with all of the take out food I have had but I am ready to jump back on the eating right and exercise wagon and I can't wait to see how well you ladies have done by Monday.
