Hello everyone! I'm new to this place and I just wanted to say "hello". I've been 30 lbs overweight. So I'm finally going to do something about it. So I don't have to dread it when I take a shower or look in the mirror lol. I can't wait to get to know people on here and make some friends.

Hi, there is so much good information here, plus great support. If you need recipes look in the recipe section. I've got a lot of good ones from there.

I also avoid mirrows at any cost. Even my face is fuller when I gain weight. Any tips on putting on makeup without looking in the mirrow?

Only one person put the weight on us and only one can get it off! I'm starting my quest too.... I want this for so many reasons.

I know I'm going to try my absolute best to take the weight off for sure. I feel confident that this site will help me get the determination I need. THere are alot of great people on here too.
