  • Good morning Ladies!!!
    Today is our five week weigh in and really I have nothing to report I am holding out at 177 . So that makes a total loss for me of 1lb in five weeks. I think Im stuck?? Or the scale is ! I will lose this weight and I will not give into this plateau! I honestly didnt think this challange would take this long to accomplish but the reward will be that much sweeter when we get it right!!
    Aerodawn just got your message this am and wanted to let you know not to stress too much because you will fill your brain with stress and not remeber what you need to! As fara stress eating just change what you are eating keep fruit and veggies on hand to munch on , You can do this we are all behind you !!!
    On a positive note I walked six times last week and I plan to do the same this week!!I didnt walk yesterday because we spent the morning on the DHs bosses boat ohh what fun , now the kids want a boat!LOL Not going to happen!
    Well chicks how did all of you do this week!!!Keep up the progress and I will catch up sooner or later!!!

  • Hello ladies I feel great I loss this week 1.8 pounds which is a total of 5.5 pounds in all. I know what you mean hot momma I thought that I would have loss much more. It is hard to believe that we are in our fifth week already where did the time go. I am glad hot momma that you have such a great attitude. You are going to lose your weight. I think that it is wonderful to that you are walking for that is one of the best exercises to do. I weigh as of today 206 pounds. So I have a while to go but that is alright because I know that I will get their as long as I continue to eat healthy and exercise. I have 5 more pounds to go to complete the 10 pound mark come on ladies lets get this weight off. We are doing this.

  • Way to go Yvette thats great, just think its only 6 more lbs to onederland I know how that feels and you will feel great!!!Another wonderfull milestone not to far away is the not shopping in plus sized stores anymore thats a good one too!!! Im kind of in between stores right now due to the enlarged booty I sport behind me!!!!
  • Hey girls well I am having a crazy day today and actually missed getting on the scale this morning. I will have to check in with you all tomorrow to report my weekly update.

    I can't believe it has already been 5 weeks! Weight wise I feel like it should be two or three.

  • Hey ladies I just finished working out and it kicked my butt today. I worked my deltoids and that is always a challenge for me. Yesterday I talked to my sister and she said that she read some research on weighing. The study said that when you weigh the scale may say you gained 3 to five pounds and they don't know why or you could lose 3 pounds this is all in one day and you may not know why. I thought that was interesting because sometimes you get on the scale and you have done everything right and the scale wont show that you have loss but hang on in there because it will eventually change, the body is a funny thing. I have a question how often do you all weigh? I weigh everyday I don't know if this is good or bad but it works for me right now. I am trying to find out what type of food effects my body in different ways and I am trying to make sure that I have chosen the right calories to eat. Take care everyone and keep on losing.
  • I weigh everyday (sometimes multiple times) It keeps me in check and lets me know if I need to tweak something! The only downfall is sometimes if it sticks or says too much I will sabatoge myself further and just eat to satisfy my depression!! I am getting better with this! When I lost all of the weight last time I weighed daily and it really helped me it was when I stopped weighing that I gained all the weight back! I think you just have to do whats right for you!!!

  • I weigh mostly everyday, even though I only count once per week. When weighing in that much definitely keep in my how much water weight can create fluctuations (several pounds usually for me).

    Took my weekly weigh in today since I missed the scale yesterday and I haven't moved anywhere since last week. Still at 170.5 which is down 3 lbs since the start of the challenge. Still THIS week I KNOW I AM going to reach the 160's.

  • No problem hot momma we are in this battle together. Hey skinny jeans I like your attitude the scale will move. I did good today. I went out and bought me a huge watermelon and it is good. I did my Tae Bo today and it was truly a challenge but I like it. I weigh today just to check and I went down another half a pound. So now I weigh 205.5 but I wont worry about what I weigh because the most important day is Monday and I have 4 days left before I weigh so the most important thing to do is to take one day at a time and try and do your best for that day. Ok ladies keep on losing and keep on exercising later, later.

  • Way to go ladies! I have not been sleeping well this week so I skipped my workout yesterday and will be making it up today. Food wise the week is OK I seem to be having an fairly good day then a slightly bad day, back and forth. Overall my weight is holding steady, but my stomach did seem smaller this morning. Yay.

  • You go skinnyjeans. I got up exercised and went to pick up this book on how to feel great all the time,it is by Valerie Saxion so I am going to start reading that today. I did exercise too and that was good. My eating is going well although I had to eat late yesterday because my daughter wanted to make oatmeal rasin walnut cookies for the first time and it took her a while. I don't like to eat after 7:30 pm. Hey ladies what are your cut off times for eating? Take care and as I always say keep on losing and keep on exercising have a great day.
