LOL, I hear ya on the can't use the baby weight excuse. My son is 5 now. I have just had other reasons though. I did lost a lot and kept losing untill I decided to go on the Depo shot and I kid you not, I gained 30 lbs in like 2-3 months. I wan't even doing anything different from before either. The shot just packed on the weight. When I went to the doc and asked them about it, they told me yeah, it happends. I was so mad, but I was stuck with the shot for a year. I was glad to get off it. It made my moods so bad and I gained even more weight. I have fought to lose some of the weight for a long time, but as with the shot I gained, then my post partum depression never went away and we all know how depression can effect someone. My doc was a quack too, he kept saygin give it time it will go away. I just never went away though. So I switched doctors and got a female and she was not happy with my last Doc. She started me out on an Anti-deppressant, well, it didn't fit me. It made me feel like I was taking speed, ok, so on to the next one, well that one made me too sleepy and didn't seem to help too much. Then we didn't have insurance for about a year and so I have to try to control it myself, not easy. Well, my hubby took a job in another state, so we moved and he got benefits again so I got a new doctor, she is really nice too and she started me on something different, and so far it seems to be working great. It is controling my depression and mood swings plus it is also helping me lose the weight a bit. I am so glad I finally found one that works. The I decided to try and better myself, so I joined Weight Watchers. I like it so far and the people are really nice. I'm hoping that it will help me achieve my goal and learn to keep the weight off.
Anyway, thanks for the encouragment and I believe you can make your goal by Mid October. If I could do it, you can too. Just keep up the good work and go for it.
