Hi! Been posting for a few weeks now on 30 somethings and Alternachics but most everyone seems to be on South Beach, WW or Atkins.

I hoping to get enough interest in The Zone to start a new forum.

I can't be the only one? Even if you dont follow it strictly but in general strive for balance. Let me know. If there are enough of us maybe the PTB will give us a group/club whatever.

I know that the paid site I use is lacking in the daily chat - lots of resources and calculators and a message board but it isnt for daily support like this website.
