Im new to this whole thing. I will probably need some help navigating my way through this. For starters I am a stay at home mom of three 6, 2, and 6 months. Im at a weight I thought I would never reach and at the point that if I dont get motivated now this will spiral out of control. Right now I weigh 173 I wann get down to 130. Anyone wanting to buddy up would be great!!
I am also a stay at home mom. I know what you are talking about. Are you doing any exercises? Currently I am using the Tae Bo dvd. It is great.
I have 2 kids: one is 15 y/o the other is 11 months. It isn't easy, I totally understand.
