Hi!! I'm in Ontario, Canada, a single Mom, 35, 2 kids (7 and 4), in need of help!! I've tried everything. Had some success with WW, but gained all 30 lbs back plus some more over the years. Portion size is my problem, and eating after the kids go to sleep. HELP! Any buddies out there? I have about 45 lbs to lose. Not sure how yet.
great advice, thanks. i've been trying to do the crest whitestrips - that way you CAN'T eat - seems to work. then i read. as long as i don't watch tv, i'm doing ok.
I replied to the wrong thread lol....this stuff confuses me sometime. Anyway would like to buddy up with you...tell me what plan your on or just healthy eating etc. I think my post went on my original post from the other day lol..
My problem was portion control too...and still is sometimes especially the things I only have once in awhile like pasta. Never seems to be enough. Watching TV is a killer too..seems just sitting there isnt enough..so i try and crochet or go through cook books (i know food but) it occupies me. lol..or will jump on the computer and play a game or chat if someone is online.
