Now for my weigh in I am 5'5" and this morning I was at 181.6 (up 4.6 lbs from Friday due to a panzeroti lol)so this may not be completely accurate so I will weigh tommorow to see how much I really should be !!

Weekend was ok even though I had a canker sore in my mouth that was bothering me but not no more I had infection in it but I poped it and got it all out no my mouth is not swollening anymore.Other than that good.
I would love to do this with you all my name is Amy and today is my first day of dieting Im 4'11 and weigh in at 184. Im doing WW again- what are you all doing?

Hello ladies I am up 4 pounds as you can see from my ticker ( ate what I wanted to over the weekend big no no ) But im back on track and thats what counts , so with that out of the way here are my stats
im 28 years old ( will be 29 on july 24th )
im 5 3
and my current weight is 178
I am doing a cal diet of 1400 cals a day and I work out 5 days a week

Well it is day 2 of the first week. How are you ladies doing? I did great yesterday on my eating and had a short walk with the dog but no formal workout.
After a terrible start this morning (not related to losing weight) I missed my workout. I can't wait for this horrible day to be over! My eating has been good so far and I am going to make up my workout tonight. Hopefully I will be in a better mood after that!
Hello ladies I weigh 211.5 pounds I am exercising at least three days or more and I count calories. I am 43 years old and I am 5'5. The weekend was a lot of overeating but I'm doing good since Monday.
Hello everyone this is day 3 and I feel great. I weighed myself today and I weigh 209.5 so I have lost 2 pounds so far. I am pleased wirh myself. I also exercised today and my calorie count has been under 1900 calories. I hope that everyone has a successful day. Take care and keep on losing.
Day three and still sticking to program so Im hapy about that! Been walking lots I dont drive so that helps me out!! If I want to go somewhere I have to walk to get there or wait for hubby to get home! As of this am I am back to my Friday weight of 177.6 woo now two day to go to my official weigh in so we will see what happens ?? Baseballtonight for the kids and the parents get to play Im looking forward to that think it will be fun!!!Have a great day and stay on program its the only wayto get where we want to be !!!!
