HI, my name is Stephanie. I'm new here I found this site through another board that I belong to. The lady I know ther has had great success. I have 6 children ages 18-6 (i totalled it up i was pg for 14 years).
Anyway I really want to lose weight I have about 35-40 pounds I would like to lose. I have a fairly high LBM and that make the scale deceptive.

Everyone tells me that it's good that my LBM is going up but from my perspective the scale is not really changing. And sometimes I just need the boost from seeing the scale drop KWIM???? Plus overall I just need to lose weight.

I am wanting to join WW for the help factor but have no extra $$ right now. Any help would be great. Thanks

I am Kathy, also mom of 6! They are 4 girls 19 1/2, 12, 9 & 4 1/2 and 2 boys 17 1/2 & 2 1/2.
I have been trying to lose 100+ lbs since last July and have succeeded in losing 35(was 40 till we spent the weekend in Reno!!) So I still have a long way to go! Would love to be buddies!

Hello Steph, that's my sister name. I am a mother of two, so I give you great respect for 6 I would be gray already. But we have a great group called Girls with Goals and we all there have about the same goals 20-40 pounds to lose. So check us out. I am also doing WW at home and no meeting this is my first week I lost 2 pounds so I know if I can do it ,you can too. Good Luck and if you need anything just ask.

HI, thanks for the welcome. I'm in the modesto area, I used to live in the Bay Area. Kathy it sounds like our kids are similar in age. LOL Keeps you busy HUH??!! it does me. Now I need to find time for me in ther somewhere.
