Hello! I am in dire need of a buddy. I truly need motivation and support! I am a wife and mother of 4 great kids.(DD-9,DD-7,DS-3,DS-1) I need to lose 100+ pounds. I am 5'5" and weigh 262lbs. I can't stand to be in my own skin anymore! So, instead of whining about it, I am going to DO something about it! I am a registered nurse and the hospital that I work at is 2 blocks away. There is a fitness center there where I will be doing most of my excersizing.

I think most of us know how you feel. It's sounds like your determined to lose weight which is good. This is a great place. Everyone has so much support to give each other. If you have a question about something it doesn't seem to take long to get an answer to it around her. It's awesome.
Are you following a plan or just doing your own thing? I'm always curious about this. I'm sure you'll be able to find someone here doing what you're doing. There are so many different type of eating plans and such here. We are always here for support.

Hi! Well, at the risk of getting yelled at, I have recently been prescribed an appetite suppressant. I am also following a low carb diet. It seems to work for me and the appetite seems to have gotten me on the right path.
