Hi. Im 19 also. Im trying to lose 40-50 pounds. Currently Im 163-165 pounds im 5'5. I seem to go back and forth with my weight, over the years-sometimes im within normal range and then sometimes im slightly overweight. I was a very serious long distance runner in high school... not only was i slim but i was a great runner(im fairly good now at running, but not how i use to be), but i slacked off in college- Im trying to get down to 113-125 pounds(im small framed) and become a great distance runner again!
