There is a sub-section called Clubs and Challanges with a Miscellaneous Clubs board. We should probably pick a name for our challange and then post a thread there, you may even pick up more people once a thread has been started.
I am currently doing 2 other challanges, weight and exercise that will be part of any other challange I do. I suggest picking a goal you know will be atainable (4lbs in 4wks) or something else that is easy to start with. This way, you won't be discouraged by not reaching a goal that was out of rach to begin with. Even a small goal reached is a big boost for morale!
