Hi my name is Nicole, I just had my 4th, baby on April 6th, and i`m trying to lose the rest of my baby weight! I`ve lost 45 pounds so far and I have about 15 to go! To lose my weight I eat right(6 out of 7 days) and work out, right now i`m doing walk away the pounds the 3 mile, and I walk or ride my bike 2 1/2 mile out side when ever I can!
