Hey all. I just wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking around for a couple of days and decided to finally post.

Introduction: I'm 30, 3 kids, and in need of a new diet! I have lost a few pounds on my own, but I'm still not sure how that happened.

I live in Bowling Green, Kentucky and there are not support groups here that I know of.

Hey Lynn! I'm from London, Kentucky... about two hours east of you, I think. I'm 31, mom of 2 & heavier than I've ever been in my life. I need to lose about 125 lbs, I guess. As far as diet goes, I think I've almost committed to South Beach. It seems like a good sensible plan. I know I can do it if I can just commit to exercise more.
