Hi all! I am 23 and I could use a little extra support. I currently walk about a mile and a half a day, except on most days I work. But at work I walk probably on average 5 miles. I've lost five pounds and have made some lean muscle. I feel great now that I've kept up on my walking. My dog is loving it too. I weigh 255 right now and my goal is 145.
I would like to be a buddy as well - currently only on my work internet as my boyfriend has exceeded our download limit (we are changing isps as this has only just being brought in, we used to be unmetered).
I am 23, losing 2stone and i work looong hours which doesnt help...
