I am in Houston, TX and joined Curves last week. I am pretty out of shape and need to lose a good bit of weight. I have heard that Curves can really help you lose weight, but the one I joined doesn't have a diet plan. I am no good with set diets. I did Atkin's for awhile but it's too registrictive for me. Any suggestions would be great.
My advice is not to stress too much over it. Don't set yourself on a "diet". eat as healthy as you can without going crazy and exercise. The fat will take care of itself. A "diet" is temporary. Eating healthy can give you a body you love for the rest of your life.
