I'm a 34 yr old married mom of a 12yr old son. My highest weight was 212

when I started dieting - again. I started re-dieting on April 1st, everything was fine until I hit a plateau, I didn't lose for 3 weeks. Since then I've lost 2 and gained 5!

This is insane.
Excercise is not always possible, from the time I leave work, pick up my son or go to his game - I don't get home until late in the evening. I try to get in a good 2mile walk at least a couple nights a week.
My husband supports me the best he can - but he is very thin - and doesn't understand how hard it is to lose weight.
