Cool Cute but Psycho :)

So, I'm new. Hi.

I'm an over-worked mother of 5 with three beautiful adopted children and two of my own. I'm 22. I'm a full time online college student (15 hour workload.), a votech online student (4 classes), a part-time burger flipper for the USAF, and a very dedicated military wife.

Other than that, I'm fat. Not just..."fat", obese. Grossly obese. Unhealthy, and putting my life at risk and my family in emotional stress. I don't just need to lose weight, I HAVE to lose weight. There isn't another way around it.

I'm horrible at being motivated for anything that includes getting up. I'm a pretty lazy person these days- though I used to be highly active. I'm battling an anorexia relapse because frankly, my weight is depressing.

I'm glad I found this site, it looks like a great support network, and I can't wait to get into it more.

Hi and welcome! I'm pretty new here also. Your post got my attention since you're from Idaho. So am I. I think that you're the first I've seen so far from this state. I'm over on the eastern side of Idaho but I've been through Mountain Home a few times.

Do you have some plan you are going to use to lose weight? Me, I'm doing the calorie counting thing and as much exercise as I can fit in. I have 3 kids myself who keep me pretty busy but I try to walk everyday and have started lifting weights. Just throw the baby in the stroller and my two older boys sometimes come with me for company now that they're out of school for the summer. Whatever you do, keep the changes small enough that they are not overwhelming and add to your plan as you go. Too many changes at once are really hard to make stick.

There really does seem to be alot of support here. I found this site when I got stuck on a plateau for over 3 weeks and everyone was very helpful.

Good luck with your quest!

HI I used to be stationed at Mt Home AFB. I'm a military wife now (typical fat overweight type) and a mother of two. I'm trying to lose weight too. I hope we can help support each other.
