New to the site, and doing Weight Watchers. I've been at it for a year now and have lost 54.8 lbs. But I've been stuck since December. The 50 came off quickly; the last 4.8 have been ssllloooww.
No motivation, don't want to count points, can't stick with Core plan. Having trouble planning meals for my family that fit with the plan. Would love an online buddy and any ideas for getting motivated again!
I'm in the same boat as you, except for the Weight Watchers part (I've been counting calories on my own). Last year I lost 40+ pounds, but I've gained back about 12 since September, and now I'm just plain frustrated. I can't seem to get going again, and I don't want to do anything. But doing nothing is just frustrating me even more.
