Smile ~Turning My Life Around The Right Way~
Hey All. Thought id join this thread.. well first of all, im a 19 year old female from kentucky.. 5'7 and finally down to 148 pounds.. i have been working my butt off for the last 3 months to loose pounds...
im in a size 9/10 in jr pants, and a small/medium in shirts(depending on the brand)
I was 204 pounds Feburary 17th, and reacheed my goal of 150 this month.. My new goal is 135 pounds.. I hope sooner or later I'll be there..
Up to make new friends, and hope to meet wonderful friends on 3fc forums.

Hey Thanks Everyone.. Well, iwhen i first started dietin i lost a lot of water, b/cuz i was bloated with it.. i think thats what i lost a lot of.. well, i drank lotz of water, and flavored water.. exercised regulary.. watched what i ate.. and drank diet pop..
im down to 146 pounds. im so happy, not to far from goal...
