Susan, I too am a Carb junkie. I absolutely love breads, pastas, potatoes and anything Carb loaded. I tried the Atkins Diet for a while and thought I was going to DIE!

I have to have my Carbs to survive.
I've been on Weight Watchers for about 10 weeks now and have lost 8.2 lbs. Not a lot but I'm really not working out like I should. I have noticed that I am beginning to see changes in the shape of my body and my clothes are fitting looser. I truly welcome this change.
As for me, I am 40 years old, 3 kids (22, 18 and 13) and tend to always put myself last in the line when things need to be done. I'm trying really hard to change this. I found this site and have been chiming in and pulling recipes ever since.
