Default What do you think?

Hi Everyone,

So, what do you think about this?
I am about 165lbs and my goal is 140lbs about 1 month ago I started doing the right thing and started eating extremly healthy. You know dieting the right way making GOOD choices. Now, to my surprise I'm going on vacation starting July 2nd. Guess what it's to the G_ _ Damn BEACH. I am very excited however now the slow but sure fire way to diet is not appealing. I want to hit my goal by then. To my dismay my head in bombarded with thoughts of crash diets.

Seriously, I am joining a gym today and plan to start a serious workout plan and a very low calorie diet. Here's what I'm asking:realistically how much weight should I except to loss in 7 weeks?

Could I loss 25 lbs?
I soooooo just want to be hot for once in my life!!!!!

Any thoughts out there?

Stacy

Hello Stacy!
I would say you would be able to lose 15-20 pounds in 7 weeks - by still eating healthy and exercising. Don't lower your calories to much or else your body will go into starvation and you will gain weight. According to Slim-Fast.com try 1200 calories a day - Breakfast (300), lunch (300), Dinner (500), 3 fruits & veggies, and 1 snack (120) for the day.

Shennan- You seem to know alot about Slim Fast, tell me more. It sounds like the CURVES diet is closely patterned after the Slim Fast. Basically it's 1200 per day with a shake for snack. My question is are the shakes the same amount of calories, carbs, fat, vitamins as the bars? I tried the shakes yesterday for the first time and liked it but I'm not really a "shake kinda person" and thought I'd prefer the bars more. CURVES diet says a shake, think I could substitute with a bar and if so what's the best flavors?
