I would be happy to be your buddy. I have over 100 pounds to lose also, and am really struggling. I am 32, married, and have two daughters, ages 11 and 10. What program are you doing? I am an aol and yahoo messenger user, if you use either of those let me know.
I have both but I use yahoo messenger the most.
As to what program I am doing it's not really a program I'm just cutting back on the foods I eat, counting calories, excercising, drinking more water and trying not to eat just for the sake of eating .
