Hey everyone! Just a little introduction .. my name is Alyce and I'm 23 years old from Pennsylvania. I have a gorgeous little girl, Grace, who is 7 months and a wonderful husband Steve.
I've always been a skinny gal .. that is until I got pregnant. Ever since birth I haven't been able to lose any weight, just gain and I'm almost up to 200 lbs. I hate the way I look and I hate not being healthy. I want to be able to run around and play with my little girl when she is older, and plus I just feel SO unhealthy!!
I'm planning on starting my diet and exersize tomorrow. I plan on walking during my lunches at work for now, and maybe will be joining a Curves like gym that is close to my work. My main thing is the eating .. I'm such a junk-food-aholic and it's going to be so hard. I'm also a VERY picky eater, I hate most vegetables and everything I love is all bad bad food, but I'm determined!! Hopefully I'll be able to find some great support from this board to keep me going!
