I have that same problem.. but this time, I gave myself 1 cheat day per week

.. that way I dont give up and think I will never get to taste (place favorite food here) ever again.. last weekend was the first one, but I noticed that I couldnt eat as much as normal even though I had only been good for a week.. I'm hoping that as time goes by, when my cheat days roll around, I'll still make good decisions but be able to enjoy what I havent had.. and.. I'm only allowing myself to weigh in once a month

.. that way not knowing if I've lost or gain will help me stay on track

ain't that the truth.. they used to have an ice cream called skinny cow.. really low in fat and great tasting.. they also use to have a brownie mix called "No Pudge" and it was the yummiest..
