Hi -
I need a PIC or I want to be one, not sure any way here are mystats:
name: Jennie
location: Pittsburgh, PA
age: 28
sex: female
marital status: single
highest weight: 241
current weight (last weigh in): 224
goal weight: 150
current clothing size: 18
goal clothing size: 8-10
kids: one, Blaise, 4yrs old
pets: 1 dog, 2 cats, 1 fish but soon it will be less because my son and I are moving out of myparents and just one cat and the fish are coming with us.
diet (currently on or planning to start): Weight Watchers

I seems to only be able to get motivated in 2 week spurts, then I have a week of bingeing so I havn't been able to see a good steady decrease. I'm really trying to keep my self going but its like I hit a brick wall. My biggest motivation is that I am turning 30 in a year and a half so I want to be thin when that happens or before. I plan on going on a beach vacation for my 30th and I don't want to be the fat girl in the pictures....So I have to make it happen. Please, help me stay motivated...

Hi Ladies -

Deerod - I'm glad the calories "got up & left" snapple but why can't they do that with ice cream . Im glad you reminded me of snapple because the water is getting old.

Goth Girl - If the mold starts moving let us know we can call for help!!

I'm really into eating healthy and exercising right now I'm just scared because I know it is going to get harder and harder to keep doing it. It's nice to talk to people going through the same.

I have that same problem.. but this time, I gave myself 1 cheat day per week .. that way I dont give up and think I will never get to taste (place favorite food here) ever again.. last weekend was the first one, but I noticed that I couldnt eat as much as normal even though I had only been good for a week.. I'm hoping that as time goes by, when my cheat days roll around, I'll still make good decisions but be able to enjoy what I havent had.. and.. I'm only allowing myself to weigh in once a month .. that way not knowing if I've lost or gain will help me stay on track

ain't that the truth.. they used to have an ice cream called skinny cow.. really low in fat and great tasting.. they also use to have a brownie mix called "No Pudge" and it was the yummiest..
