I grew up in Nashville and went to college in Murfreesboro. Hour south of Nashvile... Pulaski? Just a wild guess
I am enjoying this diet simply because I feel its fairly simple... here's what I ate yesterday:
One 1,000 mg Vitamin C pill
Breakfast: 2 eggs (scrambled) with 1 oz of cheese, 2 Eggo low-fat whole grain waffles and a cup of mixed melons and pineapple
Mid-morning snack: One package of 100-cal Nabisco snacks (oreo)
Lunch: Healthy Choice meatloaf with green beans and mashed potatoes
Mid-afternoon snack: 20 peanuts
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Cheese Canelloni with a side salad and 1 T fat-free French dressing
Dessert: (Immediately following dinner) One Reeces PB cup... mmmmm...
I also walked 25 minutes.
I like this diet for a couple of reasons... no weird food... I stay full... and I get REAL CHOCOLATE!!! There are also options for fast food which unfortunately is a staple in my life... I work FT and have 3 children that 2 of who play sports after school. My time is soooo limited and I need quick and easy with little thought process. One day for lunch I had a Wendy's Jr Burger and side salad. I love the idea that I'm cheating but I'm really not!
Honestly... this diet is nothing special except it works with my lifestyle. Its much more food than I am used to but I know I'm getting things I wasn't eating before (read between the lines... fruits and veggies!)
