Hi everyone, Looking for some motivation. I'm sick of my weight going up and down (mostly up lately).. I'm 66 and have been visiting this site for quite a while, but never joined - just snooped. My highest weight was 189 and lowest just two years ago was 154. Now it's 171. I'm disgusted. Maybe posting and keeping a journal will help. Any suggestions welcomed.
I am new at this too. I am going to be 66. I quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago. Gained 30 lbs. I had gone to WW, met goal and lifetime. I don't know what is keeping me from going back again. I shouldn't feel ashamed that I put the weight back on because I did do it for a healthy reason. I keep making excuses to start back.
