Hi,
Well from asking for some advice to get some control over my non stop sugar cravings, one of my buddies from the web-site suggested to cut out all sugar for 3 days and that should stop the cravings. I am willing to try anything at this point and decided to make a challenge for myself starting Monday April 4(staring Monday, I always have to start things on Mondays...???). Just wanted to know if anyone wanted to join me for the three days and share some words of encouragement.
