Hi,there everyone.I joined these forums hoping to find more motivation.So far,I've lost 10 pounds.Here's some info.
Age:16
Height-5 ft,half and inch
Weight:160 lbs
When I reached 170 lbs,I realized I needed to do something.So I modified my diet.What I do is cut out artificial sugars,salty snack foods like chips(ouch),and soda.Eliminating soda alone made me feel thinner.Then I cut out seconds,and I watch my portions carefully,but eat enough.
I'm also looking for a buddy,maybe around my age to keep each other motivated.
I hope I will be of any help,even with motivating other members.
