Hey...Im a Marines wife too. Although, Hes not in the marines anymore, he still works on a base. Anyway, I have about 40lbs left to go. I started at about 50. What sort of plan will you be on?

I am not sure about a plan. thats my problem I am kind of lost when it comes to what to do...

your best bet is weight watches, find out if there is a meeting near where you live.
