Hello... Another introduction for yet another newbie!

  • Just thought I'd say hi....

    I'm Nancy from PA. Been on a diet since I was 12 (am now almost 37), think I've lost about 2074 pounds so far. Still on diet, still wanna lose 40 more, but like to KEEP them off this time!

    Finally have come to believe what I've known for years, that diet pills aren't gonna help me because I don't eat because I'm hungry - I eat because it's there!

    So - Looking for some support to help maintain my willpower and get past the laziness that has caused me to use my Elliptical machine as a coat rack... gonna start using the closet and try to get my body on that thing at least a few times a week!
    Oh, and I guess I'm gonna have to tell that nice man at work who 'forces' me to eat a donut every wednesday morning that I can't have it anymore

    Ugh... I think if I smoked, it'd be easier to quit that!

    thats all for now, gonna go do some reading here now.

    I'm also a newbie. I'm trying to lose about 35lb more. So far, I've lost about 10.
