I decided last year that I really needed to make my health a priority, so I started low carbing and working out at Curves. Over the course of 2004 I lost 60 lbs, but I still have about 30 lbs more to go. I seem to have been stuck at the same weight for months, so I recently switched to Weight Watcher's and I also joined a regular gym as I had grown bored of the same old routine at Curves.
I am hoping for inspiration and encouragement as I struggle to lose these last 30 pounds! I also have hypothyroidism and am over 40 yrs, so I feel as though the odds are not stacked in my favour.

We live near Rochester so we really are just the other side of the lake, and love to visit Toronto- that will be made so much easier if they can get the ferry going again!
