I'm Shelley and this is my first time to this site, and I am psyched. I am loving all that is here to offer, and I am hoping that this will be an inspiration for me on my very very very long journey. Yes, this place is the best place to hang out in when your trying to lose weight! It's such an inspiration to me...just to come here and read all of the posts...it just keeps me going or picks me out of a slump.
I think your last line said it all...stay focused and enjoy the ride. That's probably the best advise there is. Just keep at it. Eventually, if you're eating right and exercising, the weight HAS to come off! Good luck on your journey! Lisa
