Hi my name is Tess, I am 27, Australian, shiftwork full time, live with my BF and have no children
I am currently doing Dr Phil's rapid start plan, but plan on counting WW points in a fortnight. I did WW a few years ago and found it worked but I didnt stick with it. I am currently walking for exercise, it is nice weather here at the moment but will start areobic classes or swimming in winter. I dont hate exercise but I admit I am a bit lazy about actually getting around to it but for the last week have been managing to walk every day. To be honest with myself I have at least 40kg to lose (88lb) I am very commited at the moment and would love some buddys to email with.
