New to the board
Greetings all.
I was so glad to find this forum. I've been looking for a weight loss forum that emphasized healthy weight loss for quite a while.
I'm 26 years old, and was finally able to muster up the strength to get on a weight loss plan last year and stick to it.
Through exercise, eating right, and just sheer willpower, I've been able to lose about 70 lbs. to date.
However, I've been finding the weight loss tough going over the past couple of months. So, I'm hoping to get some good tips from the folks here, and pass on any nuggets of wisdom I may have gathered during my own weight loss.
