Need a buddy/motivator for 12 wk challenge

  • Hey there, I've just started a 12 week diet competition, right now I am 2 days into it and doing great. My goal is to loose at least 20 kilos (44 pounds) in the 12 weeks. I know though that there are going to be times when I am going to get frustrated with it and it'd be nice to have an email buddy to chat with about it.
    I'm a big person with alot of weight to loose, I was once very sporty and healthy, but things happen and here I am. I'd love to chat to anyone, especially someone who has to loose (or has to lost) alot of weight like me.
    I'm from Australia, but I'd like to make some international buddies - well anywhere is ok really.
    By the way - where do I get the cool weight loss chart thingy that some people have on their messages?

    I would love for us to keep each other motivated..three years ago i weighed 220..now i'm at 140..i'm only 5'2 so i need to lose another 20 pounds..i love to workout..but i also love to eat..so i run now 4 miles a day and weight lift 4 days a week. you said you use to be sporty..what kinds of things did you do ..and what kind of workouts will you be doing now..i love Australia..it is so beautiful..i live in South Carolina..right now it's very nice here 70*..which is very warm for this time if year..but it will be back to the real world Saturday..the high will be 41*..great running weather..but bad for everything else..well i let you go now that i've talked your ear off..hope you are having a good day...

  • A 12 week challenge sounds like fun. I wish you luck on it. I also want to make some international buddies. I am currently on WW and doing great. There is always room for extra support. I do get in a lot of walking. I'm a college student and I trek across campus between three classes two days a week. I weigh 226 and I need to be 140 so I still have a lot to lose.   • Hi! I am Gabrielle and 144 lbs. I want to lose another 19 lbs. I have already lost a little weight and wouldn't mind keeping in touch with you for your challenge. I am on my own challenge to be able to run 5 miles at once 3 days a week. I don't know how long it will take but it is fun so far. Right now, depending on speed, I can do 2-3 miles. Depends on the day but I want to be able to do it with ease and not like I do now. Good luck with your challenge and if you need any support, I am here.
