I just stumbled across this board today, and I think the buddy idea is great. I started recently on a plan to lose weight (about 3 weeks ago) and would really love someone to kick me in the butt when I need it.
I'm 26 years old, I'm 5"7 and my starting weight is 235. Eventually I would like to lose about 75 lbs, but my first goal is to lose 35 lbs before June. Hopefully it's a realistic goal.
I'm open to any advice as I really haven't ever been on a "diet" before my current plan is to count my calories and when it's warm enough to walk.
